Ustadh Mahmoud is a native Egyptian from the City of Port Sa’id but residing in the UK. He is a graduate in the Arabic language with over 30 years of Arabic teaching experience, both in Egypt and the UK.
Ustadh became renowned for his mastery and teaching of the language, such that he was awarded various awards in Egypt. Because of this recognition he spent a number of years training newly graduated Arabic teachers in Egypt, before moving to the UK where he has taught ever since.
He has written extensively on the various Arabic sciences and students of the Arabic College will be studying from his 24 volume Arabic curriculum designed specifically for UK students.
He combines a love for the language and a unique teaching style. His facebook profile is followed by thousands of students he has taught over the years and their appreciation for his work is evident.
Ustadh Javid is a qualified Accountant by profession but who has spent the last 10 years learning the Arabic language.
Having studied under various Arabic experts in Egypt and the UK, he brings a passion for sharing what he has learnt. He is a senior student of Ustadh Mahmoud and is undergoing his teacher training programme under Ustadh’s tutelage.
Having studied a number of years without a structured curriculum, he sees the benefit of having one so the student can see what he is working towards. As such, he is keen to ensure students at the Arabic College get the most out of their learning and don’t lose sight of the end goal.
Ustadha Hoda is a native Egyptian residing in the UK and a graduate of the prestigious university of Al-Azhar Shareef in Egypt. She studied all her school and college years in Al-Azhar and passed with a grade above 80%.
She is also a technical expert when it comes to Arabic GCSE exams. She was employed for a number of years by Cambridge International Assessment (which is part of Cambridge University) as an examiner for Arabic as a first language for their IGCSE exams. She is also employed by Edexcel in a similar capacity.
Ustadha Hoda brings a wealth of experience having taught children and adults for a number of years. She has helped a number of students pass their professional qualifications with confidence.
Dr Ghada is a Masters graduate in Dentistry from the University of Cairo, however her love for the language has meant she has spent the majority of her working career teaching Arabic in Egypt and the UK.
Dr Ghada is a native Egyptian but spent the majority of her early life in Saudi Arabia. Thus she studied Arabic for a number of years at various institutions in Saudi Arabia.
Having spent a few years practicing dentistry, her love of the Arabic language meant she shifted her attention to teaching instead. As a result, she spent 7 years teaching at a very renowned Arabic institute in Egypt, which is known for providing very high quality teaching.
Since moving to the UK she has spent a number of years teaching at various high quality institutes, with a particular focus on children.
Ustadha Fatema is a graduate from a renowned Institute in South Africa, where she studied Arabic and Islamic studies. She brings a wealth of experience, having taught children for a number of years.
She is an expert in teaching children and really developing a love for the language and passion for learning more.
Since graduating from South Africa in 2010 she has since taught at various high profile institutions in the UK and couples this with working at various hospitals as a healthcare assistant.
She is known for making classes friendly and engaging by adapting her teaching to suit different learning styles.
